At Ally Fashion, we want you to love your new look, which is why we offer a 30-day window to return items that don't fit perfectly or meet your expectations. Please ensure all garments are in their original condition with tags attached to qualify for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the parcel.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized postal service location or drop-off point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
